Review on SUNGATOR by Gregory Rasmussen

As someone who routinely searches for tools and equipment online, my experience with SUNGATOR was disappointing. I considered their product variety to be adequate, but not as extensive as that of other internet retailers. Also, the quality of their assistance to customers was low. It took many days for them to respond to my inquiry about a product, and their response wasn't really informative. A problem I had with a product I bought was compounded by the difficulty I had going through their return procedure, both of which contributed to my overall sense of dissatisfaction. In comparison to other providers, I considered SUNGATOR to be wanting. There are better online tool and equipment retailers out there, but their poor customer service and limited selection make them a poor choice.
