work normally. Worth a few bucks.

I don't usually review, but people get annoyed with the softness of these "studs". These are not screws but plugs to keep dirt out so you can later use stock mirrors with no problems. They work great. Screw in by hand and maybe tighten a little with a dime. If you've got scratches on these bugs, you don't need off-road mirrors.
