This basket is very well made and I was impressed with how well packaged it was. The assembly instructions were clear and simple, and each part was beautifully labeled - it even included a screwdriver so you don't have to take out your tool box. When assembling the basket, I found that one of the side panels was not drilled correctly, making assembly impossible. However, I quickly emailed Oceanstar customer service and explained the problem. (and sent them some pics) and a few days later they sent me a new sidebar on FedEx so I could finish my cart assembly. Thank you Oceanstar and their customer care system!
