Overall I am very happy with this replacement strap. I don't like the sporty, athletic look of the rubber strap that comes with the Fitbit Charge 2, especially when dressing for work, so I looked for an alternative. It's a good choice if you want your Fitbit to look like a stylish watch instead of a piece of sports equipment. There is nothing unusual about the strap. Instead of a single thick piece of leather, the strap's design is almost like a thin leather veneer wrapped around some sort of base material for structure. (I think the core could also be leather because the strap flexes more like leather than rubber, but I don't cut mine to be sure.) You can see the layers in the detail shots of the strap. Group. If you're looking for what looks like an expensive leather strap, you'd better check out the designer lines Fitbit has partnered with, but for $60 (or less third-party) it's a good value. .The quality of the strap construction seems solid and very comfortable. I wear mine every day and sleep in it for about a month (just to shower or to return to the band for more intense practice). This is a genuine Fitbit accessory, so it attaches securely, securely, and easily to your device as you would expect. I love that the edge of the strap sits perfectly flush with the dial for a seamless look. All in all, this is a good strap that will transform the look of your Fitbit. It looks beautiful and looks like it will last.
