🔵 Large Blue Fitbit Charge 2 Accessory Band Review

I was expecting a leather strap. It's a thin layer of leather over plastic, and there's no Fitbit branding anywhere on the strap. They need a better description for buyers. I'm not sure how long that will take. It was very expensive.

I agree with most people who have reviewed this product. I felt completely cheated when I got it. I probably wouldn't be so upset if it wasn't so expensive as the band really fits and doesn't look bad; however, it is definitely not worth the price.

This is fake, plain and simple. Brand is listed as FitBit but *check number of items sold and completed by section!* I bought it in April 2018 and it broke in October 2018 so it lasted 6 months. As other reviewers point out, it shows dirt/stains easily, even on darker colors. Otherwise it looks the same as the original tapes, but the materials are cheaper.

Just a few months later the strap stopped staying attached to my Fitbit and broke easily, so I dropped my Fitbit a few times without realizing it was in The driveway had fallen When I'm back. I was disappointed in the lack of quality for the price. I recently bought another replacement band for half the price, which seems more reliable, at least at first glance.

I bought this wristband for everyday use as it's a bit more stylish than the plastic wristband that comes with the Fitbit. But I wouldn't recommend it as others have said it looks more like plastic than real leather. After a few months the color on the edges of the strap started to fade and it broke in less than 6 months. I feel really cheated by Fitbit with this product and I don't recommend it.

FitBit claims this Charge 2 strap is leather! $70 for what looks and feels like rubberized or soft plastic coated material. No hint of leather, also the total lack of leather smell. I feel totally betrayed! That faux leather strap was almost half the price of the Charge 2 itself! Don't waste your money on it. I needed a replacement strap, I bought some cheap fakes but they didn't really fit. This strap is a little stiffer than my original black strap but is great quality and value for money. I thought it would be weird going from black to blue as I've had a black streak for over 4 years now, but blue is a nice dark color and doesn't stand out as much as I thought. Buying a genuine Fitbit replacement band fully justifies the slightly higher price compared to cheaper "fakes". I don't like the sporty, athletic look of the rubber strap that comes with the Fitbit Charge 2, especially when dressing for work, so I looked for an alternative.
