Review on πŸ› 3-Bar Chrome Bathroom Towel Drying Rack & Holder with Shelf by Organize It All by Robin Baker

Cheap, weak and dangerous

Very cheap and weak. The fatal blow for me was that the bottom shelf is made of glass. While the fine print mentions that it contains glass components, after reading "All Acrylic" in the title, I either didn't bother to read the fine print or ignored it. I would never put it in a room with a tile floor. I've had a shelf fall on the floor when I was moving and since the shelf is so low to the floor I would be concerned about stepping on it. It is definitely NOT bathroom safe where people might trip over it. Luckily I didn't buy this for the bathroom towels, but I would have somewhere to hang my sweaty clothes to dry (I do triathlons and get a lot of sweaty clothes from it ><). It's great for that purpose, although I'm still afraid of accidentally stepping on a shelf. I would not buy this product again and have no regrets at all. While I'm doing things, I'd probably buy a chrome towel rail. Even cheaper and without glass. Hm. The other one is so cheap I just buy it and throw this one away. Update: After more than a year of use, the rack has developed some rust on the metal near the ends of the plastic towel plug. I would deduct a star for that, but I would have to add one more for the glass shelf criticized above. While I still find the shelf dangerous in hard-to-reach areas (like the bathroom), it does a great job of protecting the carpet from drips if you place the shelf elsewhere.
