Certified Service Technician puts you in a dilemma when it comes to replacement parts. 9 times out of 10 I would choose a Fel Pro product over any other aftermarket brand, especially when it comes to saving customers money on part-time jobs. I don't know why some people have problems with these screws. I've used 4 of these kits and haven't had a single problem. On my last head swap I used a set of genuine GM bolts that a co-worker gave me and to be honest they worked and felt the same. I'm on my second SBC build so wish me luck and make the right choice
