I bought 2 different types of belts, this one and the less flexible one from another brand. Here's what I can tell you. This belt looks perfect over a camisole or other garments as the material is a bit rough. It's a bit small and you don't want to squeeze your baby. So if you have a really big belly, this belt may not be for you. My belly is smaller during pregnancy so this product has worked great for me. . I don't tie it in the front as much as I do in the back (to support the back). When I sit down, I raise it a little to make it more comfortable. Bottom line, it helps take the weight off your back, especially when walking or when you're on your feet for long periods of time.
