TLDR; This pillow is very comfortable, not hot like other memory foams and fully adjustable for any type of sleeper, even if you sleep on your stomach like me. I highly recommend it! I've been using the same kind of cheap pillow for years; about 2 inches thick and filled with everything but memory foam. I sleep on my side and stomach so all those super hard pillows and especially memory foam pillows are gonna ruin my neck. My pillow was getting old so I figured it was time to look for a replacement. When first delivered I was confused because it was a cylinder. But the pillow was only compressed, folded and sealed. It was heavy, as I expected because that's what memory foam is. I opened the package and had it "re-inflated" as the instructions said. The thing was so thick that I thought it wouldn't work at all. I read the information in the packaging and found that there is an outer pillowcase and an inner pillowcase. Inside is one of those white hypoallergenic sleeves with a tiny zipper that's recessed under the fabric so it doesn't weigh you down while you sleep. The instructions say to remove the file to get the desired feel. That's exactly what I did. I removed enough filling to make the pillow a lot thinner and I knew it wouldn't kill me. I then zipped up the inner case and then the plush outer case and fired it. It's been two weeks now and I have to tell you, THIS IS AN AMAZING PILLOW! I adjusted it after the first night by removing a bit more of the file and now it's perfect. ZERO neck pain whether I'm on my side or prone, as comfortable as can be and the shredded memory foam fits me perfectly without being hot and heavy. like typical memory foam pillows. I haven't slept this well in years without a neck or shoulder pain! The only cons, and I say cons very loosely, is that the super plush pillowcase makes the pillow a little warm. It is very soft and very well made. This is easily fixed by removing it. And the shredded memory foam feels a little lumpy for the first few seconds you lie on it. BUT shredding also seems to keep this pad from heating up like other memory foam products, so that's really good. In a nutshell; This is an amazing pillow and it's really good value. No matter how you sleep, you can adapt it perfectly to you, even if you sleep on your stomach. I recommend this pillow to everyone! I am ordering for my wife!
