I like the fact that the platform is constantly improving to suit our needs. The team is very professional and helpful whenever we have questions or even concerns. The price is competitive and the platform works effectively for us. It is very important to have some form of automation in place. Gnec has really helped us to make automated texting work for us. So far, we have been very happy with the service. There is a certain lag time with emails sometimes, but this has been improved. We are an education non-profit that uses bulk text messaging to communicate with prospective donors. I am using this for one of my recent project as an sms marketing tool which is very usefull at times when we want our target audience reach out quickly but also need that message be able t get through those who have blocked us or otherwise not listening! It's good enought so far because it does what its suppose too do i guess? Not sure if there will come any issue soon maybe they should improve their customer care support system rather than just post things online saying "we got problems".
