Exactly what I was looking for in my makeup/travel bag. The ribbed base keeps the bag upright and is narrow enough to fit on a small sink countertop (which is a HUGE bonus as it won't spill everywhere when open). The canvas top opens up nice and wide so I can see everything on the bottom of the bag and again the ribbed bottom is strong enough to see all four corners of the bag. Pocket so nothing can hide in the folds of a normal pocket. I also love that the canvas portion of the bag folds nicely into the bottom to save space when not full. I have a navy blue bag and the colors are perfect for any nautical fashion lover. The attached liner also lifts and slides out, making it easy to wipe clean if something spills into the bag. I am totally in love with this bag and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a functional and affordable purchase. Brilliant design.
