Not very sturdy best in my review

I wanted to like this product after seeing it online but it has some flaws. The different segments of the shoe horn are supposed to lock into place to make it sturdy but mine always seems to unlock right as soon as I try to put my foot into my shoe which causes the shoe horn to collapse in on itself which then makes it virtually useless.
