Review on Extension Cable Philips Lightstrip Black by Rob Parsons

I bought these to run through the dividers in my kitchen cabinets where I have placed Hue lighting strips and extensions. Wall's first run went great. This saved me money on LEDs hidden in the walls and allowed me to connect multiple cabinets as a single logical "Hue Light" in my home automation configurations. At this point I was very happy with the product. Extension cord, I found that both ends are female and not male to female as described on the product page. It was an unfortunate disappointment. . I had to send both cables back and replace them. This means I have to save the delicate and tedious task of running a good cable so I can do it again once a replacement arrives. I've repeatedly tried to request replacements for just one cable that was not installed, but haven't received a response to my requests. CONCLUSION: This is a great product for installing Hue lights in your home, but you might be disappointed with the customer service if, like me, you run into a quality control issue. .
