Good but not without flaws
The brush looks well made and of good quality. One star cost it the fact that, as others have pointed out, there's nothing covering the hole in the top of the case protecting the end of the brush when not in use. Only the open top allows any dust, dirt or debris to get to the working end of the brush, defeating the purpose of the brush (I'd say to remove rather than add debris). As long as it doesn't come into contact with anything sticky or oily, simple stirring will do, but a protective coating would be much better. In the right environment, airborne oily or sticky droplets would be an almost unavoidable contaminant.
