Review on 🖤 e.l.f. Black Waterproof Lengthening and Volumizing Mascara - 0.3 Fl Oz by Chelsea Collins

It's not easy to find cosmetics (or similar) from companies that don't test on animals or use animal products. And when you do, the prices of goods are usually grossly inflated. So I was happy to hear about ELF's commitment to cruelty-free practices, although I didn't think the mascara I ordered from them would be very good given the cheap prices of their products. I'm glad I was wrong: this volumizing mascara makes my lashes look like false lashes (in a good way) and it's waterproof, which is what I need. This is absolutely amazing. Thank you, thank you ELF for making a quality product that is cruelty-free and affordable.
