I am 48 years old but have been exercising and running since I was 15 years old. sometimes you have to take a nap. I prefer to train first thing in the morning, but most of the time I have enough energy to get through the day. In any case, I was afraid of the afternoon training session I had planned with my 16-year-old son. So I took a pill thirty minutes before my workout and really wasn't expecting the effects, at least not right away. However, this nitric oxide supplement was the bomb. As a result, I spent almost three hours training. I had to stop myself. I went to bed pretty late around 12:30pm, got up at 5am and went to the gym around 6:15am for my cardio run/HITT. Again, I took one pill about thirty minutes before my workout. I ended up running about two hours - about 6 miles on the trail, followed by a HITT on the treadmill interspersed with squats at half-mile intervals. I had to tell myself to stop again. But that's not the end. I will tell you that nitric oxide has other beneficial effects as well. I'm really surprised. So I'll limit my use and do a controlled comparison. At least for now, this seems like the most useful addition, but unless you're in very good shape, be careful. Update: It's been almost a month since I started this. I gained size, strength and endurance. And it has some other advantages as well. I will order another round after receiving the free bonus bottle. My main concern was to develop a tolerance that reduces the initial effects. However, this did not happen. I recommend continuing to take one pill 30 minutes before training. Two pills will greatly increase your stamina/stamina, but you may end up out of breath. Also, increase your protein intake to facilitate muscle recovery as your strength will increase and you will find yourself lifting more than your previous maximum. Here is another update after three months. This product will continue to work but the effect of a pill will be slightly reduced. So I take the recommended dose of two tablets. I've definitely gotten stronger. I do multiple wide-grip pull-ups with 45 pounds. Belt and bent-over row with 185 lbs. I weigh 140 pounds. at 68'. I'm a little worried about cramps in my biceps and forearms and throbbing. The pulsing worries me. And I wonder how long I can take it without becoming too dependent on it.
