I should have listened to the negative reviews but thought I'd try this product for the vibration free feature but oh I was WRONG. I adjusted the collar and initially the collar worked as it should when he barked at other dogs. But when we got back from a day trip I heard him squeak and go to my pet. He didn't bark and just returned to the house. I thought it was the tag on his collar, so I adjusted his collar and went about my work. I caught it twice more and still thought it was the same problem. Both times he was calm. The last incident that immediately turned me off this product was when we were in the car I accidentally made a loud noise and heard it working. He was shocked and I immediately stopped and took it from him. I put it on the floor of the car and as I drove with the music on all I could hear was it turning off DURING the 1 hour drive. I have never been so frustrated with an Amazon order like this, it puts my dog at risk and I will NEVER trust a product from this company again!
