I bought this for a 30 inch panel so I had more table space underneath and while the bracket sits well on the table it is not Roughly capable of withstanding 30 pounds of tilt head, even after the hex screws are tightened. , etc., etc., etc., only to abort the whole process, plug up a new 3/8" hole in my desk and box up this junk for sending back to Revain. If you have a 24" monitor or smaller this MIGHT work fine, but there are no real physical mechanisms to lock the tilt as most stands have ribbed metal parts that can be tightened. It's just friction and not enough friction, even after tightening it's the point where I'm ready to snap the bolts.
