First of all, the packaging is so elegant, shiny and pretty, and it comes with two pumps! I wasn't expecting this but was very happy as I knew I would be using more than I needed and wasting if I just poured straight from the bottle(s). Which brings me to my second point: I still think I used more than I needed, especially the conditioner. My hair is thin now and quite short so I don't need much anyway, but because it's so dry and brittle the conditioner was a bit difficult to saturate and straighten so I kept pumping and adding more. Well I ended up just snapping it up to sit down for a bit as usual and let me tell you. When I took it out it was so silky I was surprised it didn't fall out of the clip on its own. The smell is quite strong floral, I've noticed that all my Korean hair products have a strong floral scent, although personally I don't mind. Haven't used it long enough for great results but will update.
