Review on 🎨 16 oz Mod Podge CS11302 Water-Based Sealer, Glue and Finish - Matte, 16 Fl Oz by Kristen Reid

I use it to store jigsaw puzzles. He's perfect for that. They come in different glosses, but I like the matte version for the puzzles I'll be framing. This product is slightly viscous and will leave brush marks on the surface; However, I have found that thinning down to a thinner consistency produces a smoother finish. I place parchment paper (a kitchen variety) under the assembled puzzle and "paint" the surface of the Mod Podge. Once it dries (it's white and becomes transparent after drying) I apply another coat. After a total of three coats have dried, I turn the puzzle over and do the reverse side. Multiple layers seal the puzzle pieces on the front and prevent leakage if you do it from the back. It looks great and creates a framed work of art. Mod Podge is fully transparent and will not yellow once dry. This is great material. Don't worry if some of the puzzle pieces absorb too much moisture during the first coat and start to darken around the edges. When the glue dries, the puzzle pieces will also dry and the dark edges will disappear.
