Bought this for a trip overseas. Fantastic design, loved it. Less than 24 hours into the trip, the strap holder on the side of the bag ripped completely out of the fabric. Just poorly secured to the bag. So thus, the bag became a hand bag and essentially useless. I had a book, phone, and some documents in the bag. Nothing heavy at all. There was not a point that I put stress on the strap, outside of just wearing it normally while walking.tldr; poor construction, mass produced, you get what you pay for.
