Compared to ipot, the small tablet is heavier for its size, but works well. While the onscreen keyboard is clunky, it works satisfactorily. The touchscreen works well and the external micro SD card slot is very handy. The battery lasts at least 4 hours with heavy use. The product arrived without activating Windows. Asked Microsoft for help but they couldn't help as the product was supposed to come with activated software. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they were of great help - very responsive and readily available to help. Even though they are in China - they replied me within 2 days and found a solution for me.
