Review on Edifier X5 wireless headphones, white by Ewa Petra ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A good product, more pros than cons.

The headphones are great for the price, however I'm not sure if the weak point is the base or a particularly annoying aspect (like a fly in the ointment). If the sound is distorted or otherwise off, an equalization can fix the problem. having a number of advantages. The headphones are a great value for what you get. The sound quality is excellent for the intended purpose, being robust, bassy, and juicy yet lacking in the bass and treble departments. Everything is fine other from the mediocre quality of the microphone. My previous headphones were the Haylou GT1 Pro, QCY T8/QY19; while these new headphones are in a similar price range and have a similar sound (albeit in a little different form factor), I believe the Edifier will sound better overall for the price. This vista was stunning. The cost is quite reasonable. The headphones are dependent on the charging base; if the base loses power for any reason, the headphones won't turn on or change settings, even though the headphones are still plugged in and have plenty of charge. I didn't like this feature for a few reasons, the most significant of which was that I couldn't turn them off or change their settings without the base. I plugged in the power cord and set the headphones into the dock. Also, the base does not always turn off Bluetooth when charging the headphones. Nonetheless, this is a minor quibble, as there is no AAC codec.
