The system is very easy to implement for my business - there were no issues that required any expertise or special training from our team, we had done most things by ourselves in previous versions without this software so it was nice! We are able to automate many processes including email sending/receving notifications as well as scheduling recurring tasks such as reports etc which greatly simplified these aspects of managing our daily workflows.
There's nothing at all about automatic tech you dislike? It just does what its supposed too do (automate). At present i have not found anything negative myself but if anyone asks me later then maybe they'll find something :).
