Not sure if they are legal, came in plastic but with no branding or obvious legal packaging. But he worked. Ironing took longer than expected (I used to think the Sisser brand was faster). Don't turn the iron on too high or it will melt, the plastic will start to stick to the iron (polyester is best - wool if I was impatient but be careful). I had to iron/press both sides of the fabric several times before I could peel off the film and get the vinyl completely free. Be careful with stretchy material as uncured vinyl will try to pull away as the fabric stretches as the sticky plastic backing releases and also when you check to see if it's ready to pull away. Removed the substrate while still hot, not cold, worked better but not sure if it was right. Use a Cricuit weeding tool to hold the fabric/vinyl in case an uninstalled vinyl tries to lift and move. Determine a heat-setting material that you can tolerate the iron on very well. Helps to start the binding. But it still takes longer than expected!
