Review on Ergodyne 3011 Retractable Lanyard Carabiner by Virgilio Feliciano

I'm honestly disappointed in this I've tried all the 3011, 3010 and 3002 and none of them None! Can hold my 2.5lb barcode scanner! 2.5 lbs and as soon as I snap it together with the 3011 my scanner just falls to the ground! To be honest I was hoping for a great product, I like the caribbean clips over the hammerhead mechanism holder (the clip I got from my company) but the 3011 can't even hold a 2.5lb scanner! It's sad to say, but looks like I'm going to return this and just buy another hammer head mechanism holder.
