Review on 🔦 H4 ECE High/Low Beam Halogen Conversion Headlamp Kit - HELLA 002395801 Vision Plus 165mm, 12V by Eric Currie

Easy to install on my car, literally the same process as replacing the original sealed bulb, future modifications can be made from behind. Looks like a quality product. The light output has increased by over 25% compared to my old H6054. (Swapped one side, bright spot measured lights up garage door on both sides, old was 740fc, new was 1150fc) There is a much more intense focal spot in the center of the beam, which should increase the range significantly. Turning the lights off to avoid blinding oncoming traffic was MUCH better than the stock light, so the new light at 20ft by 6ft looked dimmer than the old light, despite the increased power. The exit on the sides and bottom also increased slightly, but since each of them gradually drops, it's impossible to accurately measure the difference. This is with the lamp on. I plan to upgrade to a higher wattage lamp and will post the results when I get the chance. *Note that the camera's limitations in the dark make photography of questionable value. There is a bright spot in the center of the left ray which is not shown and the top edge was more dramatic in real life. EDIT: I replaced the bulbs with Silverstar Ultra 9003 and did the same rough light output test. The pattern remained the same, and the light value at the brightest point increased again by about 25%. I drove it quite a bit at night and now the visibility is as good as any modern car.
