If you can wear them, they are quite comfortable to wear, however the temples are very small and fragile. One of the four was already broken when I opened the package, two broke trying to put them in and the last one was a success. Very disappointed as I have a double cartilage piercing and wanted it to fit will have to order again elsewhere. not worth my money
