I read in a review that the coffee is too weak, but I get a very rich aromatic drink in the suggested 24 hours. I think an important step is to make sure the coffee grounds in the middle filter are well soaked before filling the rest of the carafe. I pour cold water straight from the tap into the filter and let it run into the carafe between each pulse. When the set has soaked, I finish by pouring water into a carafe. It's as good as any cold drink I've had in a coffee shop. It's easy to use and clean, and it fits perfectly on my fridge door. I highly recommend it. Make sure you use good quality coffee to start with.
