Great sound and good build.
Everything about this device is very good except for one thing. The volume knob only controls the headphone jack, not the RCA jacks. I keep it but it was a disappointment. For the price it is fabulous and meets all expectations. I REALLY wanted to control my output to my amp with a volume knob instead of digging around in my computer to adjust the volume. Although the volume control works well with the headphone jack. I wish it had this highly desirable feature. Headphone output to my power amplifier is not offered. It drives low-impedance phones and is not suitable for driving an amplifier. RCA with FIXED volume cranked all the way up is meant to drive the amp. I ordered a more expensive one that claims to have RCA level control.
