Honestly, I don't go into the wilderness much, but it's always good to have a sturdy little kit you can use to cook or make tea in an emergency. This 450ml mug is super light weight and large enough to cook a single serving of soup or stew in. The Titanium metal makes it very light, if you give this a good hard squeeze, even at the rim, it doesn't bend. The handles are sturdy and fold up against the mug when not in use. The cover is also Titanium, fits tightly and has a little handle with a notch you can use to make it stand up straight for easy grabbing. Everything is nice and smooth with no sharp edges and a rounded lip. It includes a carry bag.I got a small alcohol stove to go with it and found that the stove itself easily fits inside the mug with about two inches to spare, enough room to slip in a fire starting rod, a wire cup support and a few folding utensils making this into a tiny personal cooking kit. If you carry a stove separately you could store some food in this instead. The tight fitting lid should keep everything inside dry and clean.
