This is an amazing monitor arm! Installation: I've never installed it before and it only took me about 20 minutes to install, including the final voltage setting. I did everything myself except screwing my precious monitor onto my hand - my boyfriend held it while I used my hand held electric screwdriver. In general, the installation is easy, the instructions are clear. Used with: Dell monitor (27") and Fully Jarvis sit-stand desk (42"). ! My computer screen shook when I typed quickly. This arm is much sturdier and holds it firmly in place. A note: in the instructions, the hand is shown 180 degrees from the base as it arrived. I had to loosen a screw to get mine to step 1 of the setup before I could start. It was easy to set up, but worth trying. Other: The cable integration feature helps keep my desk clean and tidy! Conclusion: I couldn't be happier! I move the monitor up/down depending on whether I'm sitting or standing, so I think this is the perfect monitor arm for a sitting/standing desk arrangement, for those looking to expand their space on a small tabletop, or for those who want better stability for their screen. It was a bargain too! Very cheap and functional.
