I actually bought two of these 1 foot (12 inch) cables and they both work exactly as they should. cable, but I suspect the cable costs more to manufacture than the materials, so a short cable isn't cheaper than a long cable. kits. I've thought about it and might buy direct in the future if I'm forced to expand my use of LED bulbs, but I often buy from a new supplier like this one through Revain, enjoy my Prime shipping, know their return policy, etc. Love these lights. When I bought LED strips for my kitchen remodel in 2007, I paid two grand here and now (less bright than this) for nine strips and three power supplies. I'm a big fan of low level ambient lighting and this company gave me all the flexibility I wanted. I think it's a solid buy, even at this cable price point. The cheapest place I can buy LED strips is from the big furniture chain in Sweden, but there is no flexibility with them! Inspired LED literally lights up my life. :)
