I have been using Enjoy for about 10 years. I know how this material should feel in my hands. I've ordered it from Revain sellers before and had good experiences. This was my first order from APPEAL. When I opened the shampoo and used it for the first time, it was very runny. It flew off my hands before I even put it on my head. But he smelled nice and washed his hair well, so I thought I might be imagining it. I have travel bottles of shampoo and conditioner that I bought from a regular store and I compared the consistency. The conditioner appears to be the same, but the shampoo I bought from the store was definitely thicker. Since it cleans my hair and the price is low, I decided to just use it as usual and not make a fuss. It was definitely a rewarding experience; Now I know that if I buy a bottle of the unmodified product in the future, I can dilute it a little and stretch it a little if I feel the need. Differences? I will do this with the full knowledge that I am diluting my own shampoo and that I will have a shampoo that lasts longer. Look, that's the problem, salesman. you were dishonest You said you are selling one thing but supplying a low quality product. Not cool. Nobody likes to be taken advantage of in a shady business. I will no longer do business with you. Update: I just ordered it from a NY Supply seller (as recommended by another reviewer) and both the shampoo and conditioner seem good.
