Blue light blocking to reduce eye strain, headaches and insomnia, this was exactly what I wanted. I noticed the difference immediately! Even when I had to take it off, I immediately noticed the difference. A good product for sure. Easy installation, instructions and all installation materials were great. No bubbles, no drama. That means it's a matte screen, no doubt to reduce glare, but it made the image less sharp and you could feel the resistance of your fingertip when using the iPad's touchscreen. It reduces screen clarity and makes images appear pixelated. And the texture totally freaked me out. So I removed it and like I said, immediately noticed the effect on my eyes. For that it did a good job. This is a thin piece of plastic with an adhesive backing and will not protect your screen from damage from drops or bumps. Due to the impact on image quality, the texture under the fingertip and the lack of screen protection, I decided to buy again.
