They're worth every penny. I use foam inserts and they block the noise. I also have Comply foam eartips on my Bluetooth in-ear headphones, so I know them. I didn't even bother to use silicone tips. The search for a decent set of noise-cancelling earbuds is finally over. They fit perfectly in my ears, don't get in the way under my helmet, and most importantly, they don't get in the way of my Cardo JBL Bluetooth speakers, which are pretty much right next to my ears. Every previous set of earbuds with protrusions, like the Etymotic and Eargasm, resulted in a painful "I can't take this for long" push. They are perfect, blocking out wind noise and keeping my music and phone calls crystal clear. I wish I had just found these. I could save a ton of money on other earbuds that don't even come close.
