What I love most about this sushi set is the simple design of the maki maker itself. It's so compact and easy to use and then store away. The detailed instructions also had lots of illustrations, making them much easier to follow. My first time using a maki maker was a lot of fun, although my maki rolls didn't turn out as nice as I had hoped, but it's not the maki maker's fault at all - I didn't have the rice vinegar to make it make . The sushi rice is "sauce" so my sushi rice was less than useable. I can't wait to try the maki maker again with the best rice. I think that even those who have been making sushi at home for a long time will enjoy a maki maker.
