I have very sensitive teeth and I really don't feel any sensitivity after even using them for two days in a row and I've seen a really nice difference in the whiteness of my teeth. Also, there is quite a bit of product on each strip. With other brands (even more expensive ones) I found they didn't add enough and the strips slipped down my teeth. Since there are actually quite a lot of them, they are really always easy to carry. I have definitely told my friends about this and will continue to buy them.
