The remote control doesn't come with it but it has an app so it's ok, just scan the QR code on the wired box and you'll proceed with the download, for my machine personally it was tricky to install but just because my dash didn't have much flex to slide around, be careful not to bend the fiber optic cable, when it bends the crease will be lighter than the rest of the cable, I had sharp corners in the Curve so mine is lighter on most curves along my dash. Keep in mind that this is a moderate to complex setup. You have to remove the plastic casing and integrate the wires where you can't see them, which can be tricky at times. Overall super sick, not as clean as Cadillac but a good second option
