great features - READ UPDATE

I'm 48 years old (128 pounds) and this is a great size for me. It has pockets and room for pretty much everything EXCEPT a water bottle. Instead, it's set to "bubbles" for water. Lightweight and appears to be well made. I live in Hawaii where the air is very salty so we'll see if the zippers rust over time. I look forward to using it tomorrow. I agree with some reviews that the front strap seems to go right through my chest (not good for a woman). I've adjusted some of the shoulder straps to see if that helps, I think tomorrow will tell. UPDATE: I did this hike twice this week. I was able to adjust the straps so the chest strap didn't go right through my chest, which was really good. The side pocket is in a terrible place for me as it rubs against the inside of my arm (assuming I'm in Hawaii so I don't wear sleeves). It rubbed so badly that I took it off (slightly) and pressed it against the back of my backpack. Unfortunately I've lost comfort, but at least I can still use the bag. I wish there were side mesh pockets for my water bottle, will try to make one. Overall I like it very much, but next time I would look out for a model with side mesh pockets. Large hip belt for more comfort. The backpack is small - suitable for a day trip. When it rained, it was dry inside.
