I didn't write a very good review after buying this tablet. But now I realize I made a mistake. I was disappointed that there was no user manual explaining how to use the tablet and everything that comes with it. I asked Meize for help and lo and behold, a few days later I received an email from their customer service department with a sincere apology for the issues I was having with their tablet. Very pleasant and interested customer service was greatly appreciated. So I would like to change my rating of this tablet as it really turned out to be a great purchase along with the additional items that came in the package. It turned out to be a great tablet to buy and use. I will have no problem ordering another Maize product in the future.
