Compatibility issues

The cartridges worked well together, the black ran out and when I replaced it with a new cartridge the printer started making errors. Basically, I couldn't use the rest of the ink cartridge because it wouldn't let the printer print. I've since subscribed to HP Instant Ink and have had no issues using branded ink at a lower price.
