Great if you are consistent
This is a very interesting concept. The product itself (as far as I understand it) has no "magical" properties - it's the actual process of using + drinking water that slowly restores you. I've found this to be effective when I remember using it, but if you're serious about curbing your cravings, you need to be very consistent. I think it's worth a try for people like me who like to snack when bored.
