Pleasantly surprised.
I like the small Compact Product size small enough to fit in a kitchen drawer. To use cake straighteners properly, you need a long, serrated knife. They stayed on the knife and cut perfectly straight. I was skeptical about buying clippers but after trying them I really liked them. I used the cutters on a 6 inch cake, but have not attempted to use them on anything larger than the 10 inch max. Definitely worth the price.
