Why don't you mention that they are not certified for use in 2022 and so not covered by the warranty, I ask the vendor. Is the promise still valid, and how do you plan to address the problem? The problem has been fixed, the headphones have been returned, and the money has been given back. They said there was a problem with the delivery. The following are the advantages: It aches to wear these for long periods of time, but they perform their job and raise no problems about the headphones themselves (albeit the case on the front side is little damaged, but they were packaged). The music sounds great, and the call quality is outstanding. Cons: I was wrong to assume that wearing these would be painful. I tried them on for length of time before purchasing, and found that after about half an hour, they started to hurt. Millimeter adjustments are useless once they are on properly. I called customer care to see if I could obtain replacement overlays (I had read that they fixed the problem; I use small ones, but they don't fit and are too hard), but they identified the headphones as being from the United Arab Emirates and saying that they weren't certified until 2022.
