Brought this shortly after my Oculus arrived at my house because I absolutely hated the standard straps that came with Oculus Quest 2. I didn't want the official Elite harness as there was absolutely no padding on the back so I went with that instead. It stopped my head from hurting as soon as I put the headset on. The padding on the back is also attached with Velcro, so anything that has a Velcro lining can be replaced with Velcro or simply washed.
