The support team is very responsive. They are always willing to help us solve any issue we encounter. Sometimes it takes a few days before they reply. But that's only because they are busy. The tool itself is pretty good. It has all the features I need. There are some things I wish could be implemented but it's not too hard to do yourself if you need them. If you're looking for an easy way to automate server management this tool will definitely fit the bill. We have been able to automate routine tasks like patching, backups, monitoring, etc. It also helps keep track of our infrastructure needs and ensure we don't run out of resources before we realize it. It helped us to automate our cloud infrastructure by creating VMs from templates which we can easily edit or change as per demand without affecting other resources in production environment (for example - no downtime). Also it makes life easy when managing multiple environments using same tools across different branches/teams! Nothing much specific but definitely worth trying if you are looking at automation tool where one code base is used throughout all platforms like AWS EC2 etc.,.
