Review on Doosan DH220-7 Excavator Switch Box Wiring Harness - SINOCMP 3 Month Warranty by Rick Marie

I recently purchased the DH220-7 switch box wiring harness from SINOCMP and, overall, I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the installation was a breeze, and the harness itself seems to be of good quality. However, I had some issues with the wiring, and the customer service was less than stellar. First of all, the harness itself is solidly constructed and seems to be made of durable materials. It was easy to install and fit perfectly with my Doosan DH220-7 excavator. I appreciated that it came with a 3-month warranty, which gave me peace of mind. However, I did run into some trouble with the wiring. It seemed like the wires were not properly labeled, and I had to spend more time than I would have liked figuring out which wire went where. This was frustrating, but I eventually got everything sorted out. My biggest issue with this product was with the customer service. When I did have trouble with the wiring, I tried to reach out to SINOCMP for help. Unfortunately, my emails went unanswered for several days, and when I did finally get a response, it was not particularly helpful. I felt like the customer service team could have been more responsive and supportive. Overall, I would give the DH220-7 wiring harness from SINOCMP three stars out of five. While the product itself is good quality and easy to install, the issues I had with the wiring and lackluster customer service left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied.
