I have bought seresto for years through vet and PetSmart and PetCo always had 100% satisfaction. This time I bought on ebay one small dog one large dog package and dogs still had fleas . My PitBull had kidney disease so it was important for me to treat her . After replacing collar she still had flea I purchased the collars in August. Today she is no longer with us. But my mini dachshund is and I have noticed that not only did her continue to have fleas but his neck and ears are bald . I took collar off last week and purchased nexguard from the vet . If you purchase seresto purchase in PetSmart not on ebay.I wish I read reviews before I wasted my money.Reacted out to seller no Solution only an apology and ask for pictures of the color and packaging. Of course two months later I don’t have that. As I’ve used product for years with no problems I threw packaging away as soon as I put collars on dogs.
