The product is amazing when it works but for some reason lately that means all products with bluetooth in the last 2 years don't seem to want to connect to anything either after the first month and you have to play with your settings. After turning on and off, put it in the box and take it out again. I've been their customer for 8 years I believe and all of their wireless devices have this issue. I was able to go back to the headphones for a while but after a few months the same problem again. Now they're like good things I can't use and now buy a new brand more reliable.
